Join us on 13 - 15 June 2025 in Anneberg Culture Park

TASTE at Anneberg is a food festival celebrating the MICHELIN starred Chefs - and there will be a bit of stardust for both adults and children.

In the days leading up to this year's MICHELIN Guide Ceremony, you can experience a series of tasting experiences, inspiring talks, workshops, children's activities, a food market and a cooking competition - and it's all completely free.

Tickets for long table dinners, seaweed safaris, gastronomic glamping and much more are on sale continuously. See the festival program here.

Open from Friday, June 13th at 3:00 PM to Sunday, June 15th at 5:00 PM

 

Main Stage

On the Main Stage, talks with chefs, food enthusiasts and producers, a restaurant competition, delicious music with Marie Key and a wonderful atmosphere await! Here, taste, inspiration and coziness meet all weekend long.

 

Small Stage

The main building in Anneberg Culture Park forms a beautiful setting for Small Stage with music, talks and entertainment with a focus on food. Here you can also enjoy coffee, tea and visit an exciting bar with local drinks and specialties.

Gastro Tent

Next to the Main Stage is the Gastro Tent. Here, small tasting experiences are served, while chefs and food enthusiasts create inspired entertainment about gastronomy on the Main Stage.

 

Street Food

Taste of Anneberg offers street food and atmosphere! Experience Odsherred's local flavors when passionate enthusiasts serve various dishes from their food trucks in cozy surroundings. Opens from Friday from 3:00 PM.

Children's Area

Join in on the competitions and play with Sommerland Sjælland, cook with Ulvsborg and have fun with the Cultural History Association - the children's area is a fun oasis with face painting, games, activities - for the whole family!

Food Market

Experience a large Danish food market with 70+ world-class stalls! Meet passionate food producers from all over the country and dive into a world of genuine delicacies, quality and innovation - and of course plenty of tastings.

Seaweed Area

At Dansk Tang you will find the seaweed area - here you can dive into the pantry of the sea. Through talks and tastings, you can experience how sea vegetables, fish and shellfish are used in restaurants, but also in everyday cooking.

 

Meet Liselotte, owner of "Kokken på kanten". Associate Professor at the National Food Institute of Denmark, Susan Løvstad Holdt. Karen Lise Krabbe, who has written "HARVEST by the sea", Professor Ole G. Mouritzen, author of many books about taste, seaweed and fish, Fiskerikajen and of course Dansk Tang, which among other things shows the hatchery where seaweed is grown on lines.

The Beach

On the beach in front of Anneberg Culture Park, both children and adults can experience lectures, tastings, harvest seaweed, gather herbs and experience nature's pantry up close.

Gastronomic Glamping

Are you the type of person who loves good food and prefers to sleep in soft duvets in a bed that doesn't need to be inflated? Then glamping at the food festival in Anneberg is probably a great idea.

 

The festival is full of taste experiences with stardust from MICHELIN starred restaurants, talks, long table dinners and music - and with glamping you live right in the middle of it all!
