Nordic Gastronomy
Several gastro companies have their production in Anneberg Kulturpark. What they all have in common is that they produce food with a focus on high quality, local ingredients and sustainability.
Several of the gastro companies are involved in developing the foods of the future and therefore work closely with the restaurants' Head Chef Claus Henriksen and help educate and inspire young aspiring chefs every year.
Private companies, businesses and educational institutions are welcome to visit our gastro businesses, which offer everything from tours and tastings to workshops and education.
Deeper Roots Brewing
Deeper Roots Brewing, located in Odsherred, is a local brewery that emphasizes both tradition and innovation in beer production. The brewery draws on the rich agricultural resources of the region and sources many ingredients from local producers. The founder, Søren Wagner, is an experienced brewer with over 15 years in the industry, educated at the Scandinavian Brewing College. Deeper Roots offers a variety of beers, which can be enjoyed in their Beer Café and in the restaurants in Anneberg Kulturpark, as well as beer tastings for large and small groups.

Danish Seaweed
Dansk Tang specializes in sustainable harvesting and processing of seaweed from the Danish coast. They produce a range of environmentally friendly products, including food, cosmetics and dietary supplements, all made from locally harvested seaweed. The company works to promote the health benefits of seaweed while supporting environmental protection. In addition, they collaborate with education at culinary schools and Noma - and they supply seaweed to a number of renowned restaurants and offer seaweed safaris with waders and lectures for individuals and companies.

Contemporary
Contempehrary focuses on the food of the future and produces tempeh, a plant-based alternative to meat made from fermented beans. The company combines traditional fermentation techniques with modern innovation to create a healthy and sustainable food product. Tempeh is known for its high protein quality and versatility in many dishes, making it a popular choice for those looking to eat more plant-based. Contempehrary offers workshops and lectures for individuals and companies.

Ice Ear Ice
Isøre Is produces high-quality handmade ice cream with natural ingredients. Located in Anneberg Kulturpark, Isøre Is creates simple and tasty ice cream varieties without artificial additives. They use local ingredients and focus on sustainability and taste experiences, making their ice cream a popular choice among both locals and visitors. Isøre Is has its own ice cream shop, but also supplies ice cream to a number of companies and rents out ice coolers for confirmations and parties. The ice cream factory offers tours with ice cream tastings for individuals and companies.
