FRU KLAUSEN

In the summer of 2024, Claus Henriksens opened his third restaurant in Anneberg Kulturpark. FRU KLAUSEN is named after Anneberg Kulturpark's owner Gitte Klausen, who has worked closely with Claus Henriksen to create a restaurant where the love of Danish food is celebrated with a twist of modernity.

 

FRU KLAUSEN is located in the Guesthouse, where you can also book a stay. With an interior designed in the park's own carpentry shop and a terrace with a view to the beautiful garden, you can enjoy a cosy lunch.

Menu

The restaurant serves various types of open sandwiches, made with fresh local ingredients. Enjoy a good cup of coffee and the day's delicious cake or just a glass of wine on the terrace.

Whether you want to book a company event or a trip with the family to Anneberg Kulturpark, a lunch with cold cuts and local beer at FRU KLAUSEN is always a good idea!

You can also spice up your day with a seaweed safari, a workshop, an ice cream or beer tasting, or a guided tour.

FRU KLAUSEN in Gæstehuset

Restaurant FRU KLAUSEN is located in a beautiful building from 1915 in the heart of Anneberg Kulturpark. Originally the building was built as a ward in the old psychiatric hospital and here the patients had their daily lives - both inside and out in the lovely garden.

Dining Week in week 7

Join us for Dining Week at ERBA and FRU KLAUSEN during the winter holidays. From February 7th - 15th you can enjoy lunch and a delicious 3-course menu at a very special price.
