FRU KLAUSEN
In the summer of 2024, Claus Henriksens opened his third restaurant in Anneberg Kulturpark. FRU KLAUSEN is named after Anneberg Kulturpark's owner Gitte Klausen, who has worked closely with Claus Henriksen to create a restaurant where the love of Danish food is celebrated with a twist of modernity.
FRU KLAUSEN is located in the Guesthouse, where you can also book a stay. With an interior designed in the park's own carpentry shop and a cozy terrace overlooking a beautiful garden, you can enjoy different kinds of open sandwiches served as sandwiches, as well as coffee and the cake of the day.
Please note that from November 14th to December 14th, the kitchen will close for lunch orders at 14:00. Food, drinks, coffee and cake can be enjoyed in the restaurant until 15:30.
