Join Denmark's first Michelin-starred food festival
In 2025, Anneberg Cultural Park in Geopark Odsherred will form the setting for the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony Nordic Countries, and we will celebrate this with the food festival Smag på Anneberg - a tribute to Nordic food culture, innovation, quality and Michelin stars.
The festival's goal is to showcase the high quality level of Danish raw materials, products and gastronomy and give our guests the opportunity to taste this quality for themselves.
From June 13-15, we are therefore bringing together the country's most talented chefs, dedicated food producers and food enthusiasts for a festival filled with unique taste experiences, inspiring talks, workshops and intense cooking competitions - garnished with music and exciting children's activities.

80 market stalls
There is room for about 80 stalls at the food market. It is open Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm.
10,000 guests
This is the first time the festival has been held, and we expect around 10,000 guests over three days.
Free admission
There is free admission to the festival site for the public.
Food market + 2 stages + children's area
In addition to the food market, there will be 2 stages with talks, competitions, music and entertainment. There will also be workshops and a large area with children's activities and experiences.
3 restaurants + food trucks + long table dinners
There are 3 restaurants at Anneberg, which during the festival will be supplemented by various types of food trucks, beer and coffee stalls, long table dinners, etc.
Rent a market stall
- and contribution to the celebration of Nordic food culture
We invite you as a food producer, gastronomic entrepreneur
and food actor to become part of the festival's marketplace!
There will also be limited space for non-food products,
relating to kitchen work and food presentation.
Here you will have a unique opportunity to present your products to an engaged and quality-conscious audience, network with others in the industry and contribute to the celebration of Nordic food culture.

Become part of the open program at the food festival

In the open program, we invite you to be creative – you can participate with everything from workshops and tastings to foraging trips, seaweed walks along the coast or activities in the children's area. Only your imagination sets the limits!
