In the middle of Anneberg Kulturpark you will find ANNEBERG SPISEHUS – an informal eatery with familiar bistro food, a cozy atmosphere and good, local ingredients.
Here, simple and delicious dishes are served from morning to evening, and it is open every day from 10:00 to 20:30 (last entry).

The menu at ANNEBERG SPISEHUS is based on classic, well-known dishes, presented in a simple and honest way.
The day starts with freshly baked breakfast bread and good, simple breakfast dishes.
For lunch, the focus is on open sandwiches – solid pieces with good ingredients and craftsmanship at the center.
In the evening, the bistro style continues with hot dishes, where vegetables, fish and meat are combined with balance and consideration. The flavors are clean and warm, without unnecessary elements, and the food is made with respect for the ingredients - from local vegetables to fish from the surrounding area and high-quality meat.

The eatery ANNEBERG SPISEHUS is located in the middle of Anneberg Kulturpark and is run by chef Claus Henriksen in collaboration with Gitte Klausen.
Together they have created an informal dining house where experience, professionalism and love for good ingredients are combined in a simple and inviting bistro concept.
The interior design was developed by Gitte Klausen and manufactured in the cultural park's own carpentry shop, which gives the place a personal and warm expression. The setting is relaxed and present – and the food is built on Claus Henriksen's extensive craftsmanship experience and deep roots in Odsherred's ingredients.
