Meet the food company Dansk Tang, which has put seaweed on the gastronomic map. Dansk Tang currently collaborates with education programs at culinary schools and Noma - and they also supply seaweed to a number of renowned restaurants. Dansk Tang offers seaweed safaris with waders and lectures for large and small groups.
Hear the story and meet the brewer behind Deeper Roots, which brews beer with roots in Odsherred's rich pantry. The Deeper Roots brewery offers tours of the brewery, as well as beer tastings with and without a music quiz for large and small groups.
